THE CLIENT: Morningside Group creates premier multi-family, retail and mixed-use developments throughout the Midwest. The firm has developed multi-family communities, retail centers, office space, museums, public transportation facilities, parking structures, and public plazas.

THE CHALLENGE: Morningside Group needed a suite of marketing materials that reflected the personality of the property they were developing, as well as the surrounding community. In addition to standard sales materials, it was important to accurately convey specifications such as floor plans and finish options.

THE idd SOLUTION: Working with the internal Morningside team, idd translated property photos and specifications into a portfolio of materials that reflected the development and surrounding community. We created a 360° engagement with an emphasis on rich visuals.
